Helping Guinness customers find their next home

The Guinness Partnership provides homes for over 140,000 people across England. We want every customer to live in a home that meets their needs, and we know these needs change over time.

YourChoice is a new way of working for customers who wish to transfer home.

About YourChoice

Properties available for transfers will be advertised on YourChoice for customers to bid on.

We offer approximately 15-20% of our properties to our existing customers and the remaining are offered through the local authority via our nomination agreements.

A large percentage of our properties are advertised through the local council, so please do make sure you are also registered with them if you are able to do so.

In some areas where we have properties, we must give 100% of them to the council to advertise first. These areas are:

Arun – Please apply through Arun Homemove-

Basingstoke and Dean – Please apply through Basingstoke and Dean Home Bid-

Brighton and Hove – please apply through Homemove-

Cheshire East – please apply through Cheshire Home Choice-

Devon and Exeter – please apply through Devon Home Choice-

Havant – please apply through Hampshire Home Choice-

Manchester – please apply through Manchester Move-

Mid Sussex – please apply through Homemove –

Tower Hamlets – Please apply through Tower Hamlets Homeseekers-

Winchester – Please apply through Hampshire Home Choice-

For any other areas, please keep checking below. We update properties on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We can only advertise properties we have available, so if there is nothing advertised in your area please check back another day.

Am I eligible?

You need to have been a Guinness customer for more than 12 months to be eligible to bid. All bids received will be prioritised based on our banding system and the reason you need to move. For example, your property is:

  • too big
  • too small
  • not suited to your medical needs
  • unaffordable due to welfare reform;
  • or you need to move closer to work or family

If you need to move urgently due to threat to life or other exceptional circumstances, which you have not already told us about, please contact your customer liaison officer who may refer you to the applications team for an urgent move.

Available properties will be updated twice a week – at 10am on Tuesdays and Fridays.
